2. Accepted payment methods
We currently accept payments through Stripe.
Available payment methods made available through Stripe will be shown to you at checkout. We reserve the right to change or update available payment methods at any time.
3. When payment is taken
Payment is taken immediately at the time you place your order.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised and received.
4. Prices
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise.
The full price of your order will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase, including any applicable delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.
5. VAT
At present, Fervent Drift RPG & Fantasy Ltd is not VAT registered, and therefore VAT is not currently charged on orders.
If we become VAT registered in future, this policy and our website pricing will be updated accordingly.
6. Delivery charges
Delivery charges for physical goods will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

For digital products:
- payment is taken in full at checkout;
- access, download, or delivery will only be provided after successful payment;
- it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct email address and have suitable access to receive the product;
- unless otherwise stated, digital products are supplied for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
- You acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product these are non-refundable; This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law: The consumer rights act of 2015

15. Pre-orders
For pre-order items:
