We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international locations.

Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.

For some international locations, we may use delivery partners based in those locations to fulfil or complete delivery on our behalf.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or limit delivery locations at any time.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order processing times

Provided stock is available, we aim to process and prepare orders within 2 to 5 working days.

8. Pre-orders

For pre-order physical goods:

If a pre-order item is purchased together with an in-stock item, we may ship the order together or separately depending on stock, release timing, and operational needs, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

10. Delivery responsibility and risk

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.

If you arrange your own courier outside the delivery options offered by us, risk may pass to you earlier where the law allows.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate.
